Turnaround time

Custom hats: Approximately 1–2 weeks after full payment and final design approval, before shipping. Delivery time is additional.

Handmade bracelets: Please allow up to 7 days to ship. Bracelets are sold as pictured and do not require design approval.

Turnaround times are estimates and may be affected by supply availability, order volume, holidays, weather, or shipping delays.

Shipping rates and separate shipments

Standard shipping is included at no additional charge for our handmade hats and bracelets. An optional paid Express shipping rate is available at checkout. Express shipping does not shorten production or processing time.

Other merchandise is fulfilled and shipped separately by our Shopify Collective suppliers. Orders containing both handmade items and supplier merchandise may arrive in separate shipments. Applicable supplier shipping charges are shown at checkout and may be combined when multiple shipments are required. Supplier processing and delivery times are separate from our handmade-item timelines.

Shipping information

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping name and address. Bait N’ Beauty is not responsible for packages delivered to an address supplied incorrectly by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be resent.

Tracking information will be provided when available. Bait N’ Beauty is not responsible for carrier delays, but we will help with a missing-package claim when possible.

Custom-hat design approval only

For custom hats only, customers are responsible for responding to design questions and approval requests. Delayed responses may extend the custom-hat turnaround time. Design questions, approval requests, and approval-related delays apply only to custom hats. Handmade bracelets are sold as pictured and do not require design approval.
