Handmade hats and jewelry

Custom orders are made specifically for each customer. Once payment has been made and work has begun, orders cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded.

If Bait N’ Beauty has not started your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Any cancellation or refund before work begins will be handled individually.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item arrives damaged or does not match the approved order details, contact Bait N’ Beauty within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging.

After reviewing the issue, Bait N’ Beauty may offer a repair, replacement, or another appropriate solution. Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, or damage occurring after delivery is not covered.
